This one is for the stylish pet owners out there who have struggled for years to find something cosy for your doggo that doesn’t kill the whole vibe or your interior. We FINALLY have the answer to all your prayers!
Contemporary, minimalist, comfy, durable, and eco-friendly. Quite frankly, we are obsessed with Pets and Pods and we aren’t afraid to admit it.
We first discovered Pets and Pods last year, and in a short space of time have practically replaced every dog bed in the house with one of our three, perfectly designed Pets and Pods beds.
Pets and Pods are a small but perfectly formed company, local to us in Faversham, Kent. They regularly frequent the maker's markets of London and Kent as well as being available online. Their customer service is unbelievably good and they communicate every step of the way when you place an order. Nothing is too much trouble and its an absolute pleasure dealing with them.
Pets and Pods pet beds are hand made to an exceptional standard and are the perfect antidote to mass produced, poor quality pet furniture that is sadly saturating the pet market. Pets and Pods are passionate about preserving the environment and circular economy, with virtually zero waste during production and entirely recyclable packaging.
Pets and Pods are a brand that has a heart and a conscience, their ‘Biscuit bed’ is made using modern engineered materials with interchanging parts, meaning it can be repaired if needed instead of heading to land fill. The sides of the beds are built from ‘PET’ felt which is made from recycled plastic bottles and the larger beds such as the Biscuit bed and the Muffin bed are delivered flat packed, which makes them accessible world wide!
The assembly was very straightforward and Pets and Pods were available online just in case we needed any help with putting it together.
We are lucky enough have the Biscuit bed in two colours, grey and green, as well as the Atomo bed which is a disk shaped bed with angled outer edges, absolutely perfect for doggies like Puggy who need a chin rest when they chill. All beds come with inter changeable faux fur cushions that are super bouncy and soft, as well as being machine washable. We tried and tested this when poor little Pops hurt her paw and got blood on her cushion, after a 30-degree wash, we were pleasantly surprised to see the cushion cover come out as fluffy and as good as new!
The beds are effortlessly chic and they look incredible, but most of all, the dogs absolutely love them. The beds are large enough that all three doggies squeeze in for a cuddle together sometimes, but mostly they like to lounge in pairs or alone. We mix and match the cushion covers in each room to keep things interesting and when ever we have guests, one of the first things they mention is our outrageously stylish pet beds!
Pets & Pods are a small independent company breaking the mould and bringing some serious style to you and your pooch, at very reasonable prices.
