Bermondsey square hotel - Bermondsey, London

A few months ago, Pops was invited to ‘pop’ in to the Bermondsey Square Hotel for an over night stay and brekkie. She was very kind and let me and my bestie tag along for the ultimate ladies night!

We were made most welcome by the staff who actively encouraged us to take silly photos of pops at front desk and in the restaurant. Everyone we met was friendly and the whole vibe of the hotel was incredibly warm and relaxed. They even recommended a local independent pet shop near by for us to take a look around!

When we got to the room, they provided a big bouncy dog bed for Pops, as well as some treats and bowls. (there are also bowls and treats at reception). We were thrilled to discover our own private terrace with views of London and grass! Pops loved it so much, we struggled to get her back inside for bed.

For humans, there were nice touches too, gorgeous selection of toiletries, a big comfy bed, espresso machine and huge flat screen TV. Room service is available but we decided to head down to the restaurant for our brekkie where there is a continental buffet service or full breakfast and brunch menu to order from if you’d rather. It was perfect!

The location of the hotel is brilliant, in the heart of Bermondsey, a short walk from tower bridge, the tate modern art gallery, millennium bridge etc… Its surrounded by a catalogue of interesting dog friendly restaurants and coffee shops and we were spoilt for choice when we popped out for dinner.

A very lovely service from start to finish, in a location which is perfect for anyone looking for somewhere to stay which is walking distance away from some of central Londons most famous attractions.

Top tip - free tea and coffee for guests all day long which we thought was a lovely touch!

Snackies out of ten - 10/10 - would ladies night again!
