As a young couple with three doggies, we find the whole Fizzy Living concept extremely appealing, and we were lucky enough to visit their newest complex Fizzy East16 in Canning Town to see exactly what all the fuss is about!

We spent a whole day at the stunning Fizzy East16 development, exploring the different apartments, super welcoming communal areas, outdoor terraces, and dedicated dog spaces. We left wishing this sort of rental opportunity was available a few years back when we were living in London. We know all too well how stressful moving can be, add three dogs and capital city living to the mix and its nearly impossible to find somewhere without compromising.

But let me tell you…... Fizzy Living hits different.

Each apartment is decorated to a high standard, offered furnished or unfurnished and pet-owners are given the option to receive a pet-friendly furniture pack which includes items that have been carefully selected to withstand more wear and tear than usual. 93% of residents rated Fizzy Living ‘Excellent’ and it’s easy to see why. Every apartment has a balcony as well as plenty of windows, allowing natural light to spill in which gives a spacious, airy, and zen feel. The finish throughout it impeccable and no stone was left unturned to ensure the residents feel comfortable and safe. We spent a whole day in a super stylish three bed apartment with all three dogs and loved it. The place felt huge, and the views of East London were impressive! Every window showcased something different, and we were able to sit with a cuppa on the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of London, whilst feeling super chilled in our own space. Fizzy East16 is less than 5 minutes away from Canning Town station and it feels incredible connected with cycle lanes, bus stops, coffee shops and restaurants all within a stone’s throw from the building.

Although the apartments are impressive, there is so much more to Fizzy Living than just a chic living space. They have considered their target audience throughout every inch of the building, ensuring the whole space is pet friendly, there are co-working spaces, a fitness studio, a podium garden with stunning views of the city and so much more. There are regular community events and meet ups in the shared spaces throughout the building and they even do ‘Dog Yoga classes’ for resident pooches and their humans to unwind and de stress! How awesome is that!?

As pet owners, we were thrilled to discover that dogs were welcome throughout and we enjoyed a coffee with some residents in the communal space, ‘The F Club’. This hyper appealing contemporary area has plenty of seating and comfy sofas, complimentary snacks, a beer and wine fridge, books, table tennis and even a putting green!!! It’s literally the best space to relax and socialise with fellow residents and really helps to encourage a strong sense of community, which as an ex-Londoner myself, I found very hard to find in this city.

Fizzy East16 has recently opened the ‘PAWDER ROOM’ which is such a treat for pet owners in the building. There is a dedicated doggy bath/shower and it’s jam packed with premium products and pet shampoos, so you can keep your pooch looking and smelling perfect without getting your own bathroom messy! It was touching to us that pets are so welcomed here and it wasn’t surprising to find the odd bag of complimentary dog treats and water bowls dotted around the building to make sure the residents on four legs are just as happy as the ones on two!

Fizzies slogan ‘reinventing renting’ is so accurate it hurts, and we are so happy to see that a residential development of this size is prioritising pets, rather than making life stressful for pet owning residents. We popped in to say hello to the onsite property management team, who showered the pooches with belly rubs and smooches, who told us that they will do whatever it takes to ensure the residents and animals are well catered for. They reminisced about experiences helping the renters, sharing stories of popping in to feed a resident’s cat when they got stuck out of town, and popping in to turn off some straighteners another resident had panicked about leaving on. The whole place gives off a truly wholesome, organic vibe which is tricky to find in big cities and it’s no surprise that it’s often referred to as ‘London’s most pet friendly landlord’.

My only critique of this gorgeous living, working and socializing space is that it didn’t exist 5 years ago when me and my pack lived in the city and would have loved it so very much.
