Frequent readers will know I’m a huge fan of Sound Oasis, we have a few of their Pet Sound Therapy systems for my five dogs and cannot recommend them enough!

My husband is a huge fan of the “woodland” sounds, but I must admit the soft pink noise send me into the most beautiful deep sleep and I don’t think I’ll ever be without it!

My husband has also been using the sleep mask each night, as he struggles with getting to sleep. So as soon as we tuck the dogs in bed with their sound therapy system downstairs, we head up to bed, pop our sound therapy on and Nick nods off in record time with thanks to his sleep mask/sound therapy combo. Its super comfortable, adjustable and easy to use. It blocks out all light and has clever blue lights which help clear your mind when you focus on them. He drifts off to sleep in no time and we are both much happier and lighter in the mornings and daily tasks seem much more manageable with a clearer head after such great sleep!

This combo is the perfect gift idea, and I’ve already purchased one of each for my brother who works as long-haul cabin crew, he struggles with sleep as he is always jetting between different time zones, so I just know he is going to love this portable sound device and eye mask to help him find zen no matter where he is in the world.
