Luther Bennett - A luxury dog brand, showcasing a range of pawfect accessories and impressive travel pods!

Our three pooches are everything to us and seeing them uncomfortable or stressed when travelling is simply not ok! We truly believe that our dogs are part of the family and deserve to travel, in style, safety, comfort and of course, luxury! Luther Bennet also provides the additional benefit of protecting car seats from muddy paw prints and dog hair, and they work wonderfully as a travel bed if you have to spend time away from home with your dog.

When we were sent a Luther Bennett Pet pod a few months ago, we were instantly hooked. As responsible, dedicated pet owners, we saw the safety benefits and sheer quality first and foremost. They are all crafted using a heavy-duty nano-nylon material that’s strong enough to stand up to mud, scratching, and even the occasional accident. So, we put it to the test with our three very fussy pooches, who all gave it their highly regarded paw of approval!

Puggy Smalls, Pops and Pomegranate are our pack of wildly different doggies, who come everywhere with us, they are different breeds, sizes, ages, and each have their own individual needs and we are happy to report that the Luther Bennett dog pod is the perfect fit for all three! The beds look incredible and are highly functional – they even have handy side pockets to store leads, treats and poop bags, what’s not to love!?

Unfortunately, two out of three dogs have been very poorly within the space of a month, so countless vet visits and car rides have meant that we have got to get to know the dog pod rather quickly! Pops, our senior dachshund has had major spinal surgery, so keeping her safe, comfortable, and secure on journeys is paramount. The Luther Bennett dog pod is so simple to use, simply use the straps provided to secure it to the desired seat of the car and you’re good to go. Pops particularly loved the super soft, bouncy faux fur cushion and would snuggle up and even fall asleep on her journeys to and from the vets and hydrotherapy. She loves the pod so much that we don’t limit its use solely for the car, but we bought it inside the house as she found it so calming that we believe it to have sped up her recovery as it provided her with a comfy cosy safe space to rest in. The front of the bed can be unzipped and lays flat, so even those with little legs like pops can get in and out with ease.

We also have Puggy Smalls who has had surgeries on his ears and a frightening time with his respiratory system. Not only did we need to ensure he is safe and comfortable on journeys to keep his surgical wounds undamaged, but we needed to keep him as calm as possible to ensure his breathing didn’t become laboured. I must say the Luther Bennett pet pod really did the trick, and by having this awesome dog product, it meant that I could stay home and look after Pops, while my partner was able to take Puggy to and from his appointments and check-ups alone, as we trusted the Luther Bennett pod would keep Puggy calm, protected and cosy. We would set him up on the passenger seat and he would rest his little chin on the sides, watching the world go by peacefully.

Lastly, we have our wild Pomeranian, Pomegranate. She loves going on adventures but has an anxious time travelling and tends to be very unsettled. Luther Bennet Pet pods give dogs a more comfortable ride in the car with an elevated bed that supports them on all sides can help them stand, lay down, or get comfortable with better stability. Since we have been using the Luther Bennett pods, we have noticed she is much more relaxed in the car and loves to snuggle up and snooze away the journey time!

We have two pods, one in navy and one in coffee. I’m struggling to decide which is my favourite and we have had so many comments from passers-by and other dog walkers asking where these amazing dog pods are from! When we aren’t on vet missions or back and forth to hydrotherapy, we have been putting both pods on the back seats which is perfect for our three! Pops and Pomegranate share a pod as they are both teeny tiny, and Puggy has one all to himself, he is the king after all!

If you find you may need more space or have a very large breed then Luther Bennett even offers an XL version of the Pod, which I’m very tempted to buy next!

Pops has also been a very lucky girl this month and was treated to the collar and matching lead set, which is so classy and a perfect fit! It’s clear to us that everything Luther Bennett create has been designed and crafted by creative, talented dog lovers with an eye for detail.

I honestly cannot recommend this brand enough, its luxurious, well designed, expertly made and the customer service is impeccable! It’s not every day you find a product that has safety AND aesthetic at the very forefront, by Luther Bennet have surpassed all our expectations and I will continue singing their praises from the rooftops!
