My five pooches mean the absolute world to me, and I’m obsessed with providing the best care possible to help them live long, healthy, happy lives. As a complete PEMF novice, I was initially a little daunted by the tech and science, but the set up was so simple, I had started the dogs first session within minutes of unboxing. It comes in a handy bag to protect it, but it’s also great for use on the go. We have the small pet package which includes a mat with a waterproof, washable cover, a charging cable, and a controller with a strap.
The controller then attaches to the mat and there’s a few options for use depending on your pets needs. You can use the mat on its own, alongside the controller, or just the controller. Theres multiple pre-set programmes including Morning, Night, Sleep and meditation, but you can also customise these for a more personal PEMF session where you can adapt the intensity and duration.
All five pooches were very curious at first, with lots of stiffs around the mat and the controller, and we decided to let Puggy be the first to experience it as he is the pooch who requires the most support.
Puggy is paralysed in his back legs due to an incurable, pain free spinal condition. Hes a happy lad and uses a doggy wheelchair to get around, but as he approaches the ripe old age of 11, we are noticing signs of discomfort in his shoulders which is unsurprising as they are doing all the work.
We have been using the CELLER8 mat twice daily for Puggy with occasional localised treatment combining the controller strapped to his shoulders, and we have noticed a big improvement. He seems so much happier in himself and we have even seen him stand in the garden, wag his tail much more and initiate play with the other dogs, which was a rare occurrence these days with all the challenges he faces.
