With four dogs, all so different in character, breed and needs, its almost impossible to find a “one size fits all” product, especially when it comes to grooming. But the Pettle Pettbrush 3 pro has knocked it out the park and all four of our pooches love it!
Our pugs, Puggy Smalls and YumYum both shed relentlessly, their short, course fur is all over the house and affectionally nickname it, Pug Glitter! As the seasons change, we notice it gets heavier, so we usually groom them daily. Since using the Pettbrush 3 pro, we now only groom once or twice per week and the shedding is much less. The angled pin head brush is firm enough to get deep into their coats and helps to loosen dead fur, collecting in the brush head. The one click back button then releases the fur from the brush so it can be disposed of. We choose to leave ours in the garden, as it’s a lovely way help wildlife build up their nests, especially in winter!

Pops is usually anxious with grooming products and brushes but seems to find the Pettle experience relaxing. We always use the lavender fragrance oil with pops due to its calming and anxiety relieving properties and I can honestly say her skin and coat is in much better condition after using the Pettbrush 3 pro for just a few short weeks. Although Pops’ fur isn’t long, and she doesn’t necessarily require ‘brushing’ we have always done this so she feels part of the pack and the notion of brushing will help to distribute oils over her body and stimulate hair growth. This brush is perfect for this as the ball head pin bristles are strong yet gentle, even on thin fur like pops’ and I genuinely cannot recommend it enough.
