Sugar has settled in so well, and its clear to see she has a favourite among the pack. Sugar and YumYum play for hours on end, but as a dachshund I was concerned about her jumping on and off the sofa. To help protect her slinky spine from any future injury, we got her a set of sofa steps to help her up and down without causing any impact on her joints.
We love that the design matched our gorgeous brown and white check sofa cover we already have, and it even has storage to hide the dogs’ toys and chews when not in use, so our lounge is kept tidier than ever before.
The stairs come in a few different options, two steps, three steps and even one with a cosy dog bed underneath, but for us, the three steps are perfect, and I love that they have a plush finish, so they are super soft on the dogs’ paws.
YumYum and Sugar both love their sofa steps and after a few minutes of training, they got it! Now they can both access their mega cosy sofa cover bed without any risk of hurting themselves, and they can come up and down off the sofa whenever they please!
The steps fold down flat too, which is ideal if we are travelling or want to transport them to another room or a friend’s house. I love them so much, I’m definitely going to invest in another set for our kitchen bench too, as I love the dogs having the freedom of the home without worrying about them being injured!
Puggy and Pomegranate have been so patient and gentle whilst Sugar settled in, so we decided to get them an extra special treat too. These guys love lounging by the fire, and as the wild young pups have taken over the main sofa, we got Puggy and Pommie a mini FunnyFuzzy sofa of their own! This is SUCH a gorgeous product, and the dogs are obsessed! It’s so soft and snuggly AND the cover comes off to be cleaned too! I love how the neutral design fits so well with our décor, and its double cushioned bottom make it extra soft on their joints, while they can snuggle up against the back rest or rest their chins on the arms! They all love cuddling up by the fire and I just love that they have their very own sofa to keep cosy this winter, watching the pups play.
