Swyft sofa review from a pet owner's perspective

Buying a new sofa is a minefield, and something that we have been putting off for a long time! With so many options and shops making promises, we really struggled to find a genuine brand that met all our needs. We wanted something contemporary, durable and irresistibly cosy, but found it really hard to pin point something with all three!

We live in a 16th century cottage with three dogs. Puggy Smalls, a chunky, messy pug who loves a snuggle drools when he naps. Pops, a lazy dachshund diva who tend to sneak treats up on the sofa leaving crumbs everywhere. Its not just the products from Swyft that are slick. From start to finish the customer service was amazing and the delivery is one of the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Even during a lockdown, they delivered our dream sofa in less than 24 hours and we were sent updates every step of the way. The delivery guys were efficient, super friendly and wore PPE throughout. Their upbeat vibes were contagious and they didn’t even seem phased by Pops, our small but mighty sausage dog continuously barking at them the whole time!
After unboxing the pieces and sorting the packaging to be recycled, we followed the instructions that were emailed to us, and as promised the sofa was quick and easy to assemble and slotted together like magic within minutes. Each separate module was labelled and we didn’t need any tools, Alan keys or bolts, so our three curious dogs could wonder around without us worrying they would get hurt or eat something they shouldn’t. The sofa comes apart with an easy click, which means we can change the layout or move it around our home with great ease – its genius! But for now we have opted for the 5 seater corner layout right by the window with an ottoman that can moved around depending on our level of chill.
