Fenella Smith London
Long before Pops was in my life, I was given a Fenella Smith London notebook with the classic dachshund illustration and I adored it. It’s actually one of the things that started my obsession with sausage dogs, so when we were asked to review the latest collection, I jumped at the chance!
Fenella Smith London is a brand bursting with fun, simplicity and character and the new range certainly didn’t disappoint!
We were sent some gorgeous items featuring two of my absolute fave breeds, (for obvious reasons) the ultra-long dachshund and the curious looking pug in a bowler hat and monocle who reminds us so much of Puggy! The illustrations are quirky and creative and they have really managed to capture the essence of each dog breed to perfection!
Bowls – Dachshund and Pug £22 each
Minimal yet fun, functional yet chic. These beautiful ceramic dog bowls blend so nicely into our home and we love how the small, quirky illustrations make everyone smile when they notice them. Perfect for making mealtimes more joyful and the kitchen that little bit more fun!
We use ours as a water bowl AND a food bowl for the dogs as they are so easy to clean we like to chop and change. They also have a really handy indent underneath so its easy to pick the bowls up without sloshing water all-over the kitchen! At 18cm in diameter, they are a nice size for most pooches, and the fact that they are dishwasher safe makes them even more appealing!
These bowls are the perfect gift for any dog lover or a sweet little treat for your four legged friend. They are finished to an impeccably high standard and look rather lovely in the kitchen so, win win we say!

These Classic mugs are timeless and feature the amazing dachshund and Pug illustrations, There are other designs available, but our soft spot lies with these two!
Dishwasher safe and with the capacity of half a pint, it’s the perfect size for your everyday cuppa, and fits most biscuits for dunking!
We have these on stand by for when we are finally allowed visitors to the house, as we cannot wait to invite our dog loving pals over for a long overdue cuppa!
Dog Beds - Starting from £55
Ahhh the dog beds. By far our favourite item in the entire collection. Puggy and Pops have the small size in Pug and Dachshund print and LOVE them! The quality is brilliant, they feel premium yet hard wearing and they snooze happily in them for hours!
The quirky illustrations are bursting with character and the colour combinations are bright and fun.
Machine washable at 40 degrees, with a removable inner cushion, they are easy to chuck in the wash if any accidents happen. However, with the water repellent coating, we found most stains and spills can be sponged off with ease.
They are a brilliant size as one small/medium dog can stretch out, or all three of ours can squeeze in if they are feeling particularly cuddly! They are cooler than other dog beds we own as they haven’t been covered in fur or fleece, which is an absolute dream for the warmer months coming up. The beds are absolutely perfect for the post walkies naps and we think these timeless, durable beds will last for years!
Fenella Smith have also included adorable designs featuring other breeds, such as Labradors and ‘Fast Dogs’. With ceramic treat jars and an abundance of gorgeous kitchen wares in the same doggy prints, they have really knocked it out of the park with these timeless goodies and I think I’ve just become a Fenella Smith collector!
