Earlier this week, Barratt London invited our pooches Puggy Smalls and Pugyay West to Mill Hill in North London to check out their incredible new development, Ridgeway Views. A pet friendly development featuring one, two and three bedroom apartments with incredible views of the Totteridge Valley.
Ridgeway Views is in the most perfect location for city folk like us, who also enjoy some peace and quiet. The development itself feels green and peaceful with idyllic views and plenty of outdoor space, whilst still remaining very connected to the city, with bus stops into central London right outside and a tube station a stone’s throw away.
Naturally for us, the biggest appeal is how wonderfully dog friendly and spacious the apartments and surrounding areas are. Puggy was very excited to show us around a beautiful two bed apartment and immediately we all felt very at home. As dog owners we could really see ourselves living here very happily. Puggy, who loves the finer things in life, was very impressed with the high end finishes and how luxurious and spacious the two bed , two bathroom apartment was. It also had a dreamy private terrace which is a must have for dog owners. The terrace was large enough for outside seating with plenty of space for the dogs to explore and play in the sunshine. The entire apartment has been finished to a high standard in and out, and Puggy really did feel like a king for the day!
All apartments offer a superb standard of living. The best of both worlds with just the right mix of countryside feels and a city edge. The development is very well connected for commuters who prefer public transport and all homes have parking available, which is a rare find in London!
Residents of Ridgeway Views can make the most of a gym, concierge, proposed café and on-site car club, so its very easy to create a real sense of community with like-minded people living among you.
Ridgeway Views is surrounded by greenery; set in 47 acres of the Mill Hill Conservation Area. We were lucky enough to get a sneak peak of the picturesque play areas and fitness trail which will be available for all residents to enjoy. Perfect for those who want to go for walks, runs, or to take their dogs on an adventure! The area is beautifully landscaped with plenty of benches along the paths and has over 4000 trees for you to enjoy. Puggy and Pugyay loved the trail and spent over an hour walking, playing, running and exploring. We couldn’t help but imagine living here, with such a beautiful abundance of green space conveniently on the doorstep!
If all this isn’t enough for you, then you should definitely get to know the local area. Scenic Mill Hill Village, with its picturesque duck pond and dog friendly country pub, is just a short walk away, whilst there are heaps of dog friendly shops and leisure opportunities nearby in vibrant, bustling Finchley.
